365 Challenge - Sketches!

365 Challenge: #55 Super Sketchy Sunday Here is the sketch I based this card on! And here is the result!! For: This was a Father's Day card for my Grandfather. It went over rather well. :)

Materials: Paper is green stripe by recollections, green sticker and one blank card by Recollections.

Spring in Bloom

Last one for today. Day 8's challenge is to create an arch card. This was something I had never done before, and it took me several cards to get the shape right, but the result was perfect. The blank card (precut) was by Recollections. The paper and stickers are all by Colorbok. I love this paper, and can't wait to more with it. I'm also really feeling the purple and orange combo after I put it together for the Pick 5 challenge. Since then I also used it on the Fierce card. Fun! Have a great day, and keep crafting!

Day 19- Crush Crush Crush

This weekend was jam packed! And really nice. Unfortunetly though, I fell behind on my card challenges. So I'll be posting the weekends challenges today. I'm still splitting them into seperate posts, just because it's easier to post to the 365 site that way. Here is the link for the challenge:

The idea was to create something that wasn't a love card, but a card about a crush. I went for a spring-feeling card that simply said you and me, instead of suggesting love. I was really happy with the result. I have had this paper by sei cut out for a while, and was unsure what to do with it. The sticker by me and my big ideas (another gift from hubby) was the perfect finishing touch.

Babies!!

Hello all! I found out this weekend that two of my friends had babies! One, (who lives in France,) had a beautiful baby boy, her first child. The other, a healthy baby girl, whose big brother was thrilled to see him. Since I have babies on the brain, I thought I would feature two of my baby cards that are already in my shop. Oscar is visiting!! Emmy was fixed and had to be isolated for 5 days, so Oscar came to stay with us. They all had a great time.
